Arts Council Competitive Art Exhibition

The Union Art Council's ninth annual Competitive Art Exhibition will be held on Saturday, March 27, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in The Dance Studio of Union Parish, 301 N. Lafayette Street, Farmerville. Admission is free. Union Parish artists, both professionals and amateurs, will display their creations in a variety of media--paintings, sculptures, painted porcelain, fabric art, drawings, and more.  Youth in grades 9-12 will also display entries.
     Come vote for your favorite entry to win the "People's Choice" award.  Visitors can enter to win a beautiful floral arrangement from the Dean of Flowers.  
     Entries will be judged by Vitus Shell, associate art instructor at Louisiana Tech University and noted creator of public art installations.
